Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, invested by Sany Group, was established in 1994, with its headquarters located in the economic and technological development zone in Changsha, China. It was listed in Shanghai stock market on Jul. 3rd, 2003. In 2004, the realized sales amount of the company was 2.656 billion yuan with a profit of 0.839 billion yuan. Now the general assets of the company is 4.32 billion yuan with 1.96 billion yuan of net assets.
Sany Heavy Industry mainly engages in the research & development, manufacture and sale of engineering machinery. The products include over 110 types in 10 series such as construction machinery, road construction machinery, crane machinery, etc. The leading products include: trailer-mounted concrete pumps, truck-mounted concrete pumps, concrete batching plants, asphalt batching plants, rollers, pavers, motor graders, bulldozers, truck cranes, crawler cranes, etc, among which the market shares of trailer-mounted concrete pumps, truck-mounted concrete pumps and full hydraulic vibratory roller all rank the first place in China, and the output of truck-mounted concrete pump ranks the first place in the world. The company is the biggest enterprise manufacturing truck-mounted concrete pumps with long-arm support and big delivery volume in the world.
In 2002, in Hong Kong International Business Center, the trailer-mounted concrete pumps of Sany Heavy Industry created a world-level record of 406m straight pumping height with a single pump; in 2004, 21 pumps of Sany Heavy Industry were put into use in the project of “Dubai Tower”, the highest skyscraper of the world.
Sany Heavy Industry successfully developed the first full hydraulic motor grader in the world, the first third-gradation concrete conveying pump in the world and the longest 56-metre truck-mounted pump in our country.
Sany Heavy Industry Research Academy, with a postdoctoral traveling workstation, is a state-level technology development center, which undertook the projects of national “863” plan and the research work of “Great Equipment Project in the 10th-Five-Year-Plan”. Sany has more than 300 national patents and over 50 core technologies.
Sany Heavy Industry has more than 100 sale and service institutions all over the country, 56 service network warehouses, and opened 800 and 4008 Green Passages.
